- I am a mother of 5 children, 4 teenagers and a baby, Baby Jace was my 40th birthday present! Surprise party and surprise baby! I am a coach, speaker and trainer. I love to cook, but cooking for a family of 7, where often pizza sounds easier, I was struggling to cook healthy meals for my family without breaking the bank. A good friend introduced me to Lifemax who just launched a product called Mila. I was intrigued because not only was this a whole raw food, but completely tasteless and orderless, meaning I could sneak this into my kids food! And my husbands too! My crusade is simply this; first to get healthy food back to our kitchen table and second to help moms around the world create wealth for their families thru Lifemax if they choose to do so. My purpose of the blog is to give some coaching advice whether you are a working mom or a stay at home mom, I do both, I am a working stay at home mom LOL! To say it is not challenging at times is an understatement. I also share recipes, post interesting articles, share stories of what is working and not working in my large family.
